.1) Compleating the artwork will take around a week and up to a month, depending on each project and external factors like college.
If the artwork has not been delivered 1 month after the deadline and no adjustments have been agreed upon or no updates have been given, you're able to request a refund. (check section 3 & 8 of the T.O.S document for more info.)2) If you requests to cancel the commission before the sketch has begun, you'll be given a full refund.
If you request to cancel before the line art has begun, you'll be given a 50% refund.
No refunds are possible after the line art stage unless initiated by me.3) You're able to request changes before the line art is started; only minimum changes are allowed after this. Excessive revisions will require additional charges.4) I'm allowed to share the artwork and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolio, etc., unless you previously specified not to.5) You're allowed to use the artwork for profile pictures, banners, & posts as long as its not monetized; printing and framing in personal spaces; and display on websites and channels.6) You're not allowed to edit nor modify the artwork in any way without my prior permission.7) Commercial usage rights are not included; this means usage of the artwork on streams, videos, & other monetized content; selling/ reselling the artwork to another party, as part of the product, or another platform.
Commercial rights might double the original price.8) Usage of the artwork for AI/ ML tools, platforms, or training; NFTs; blockchains; or another for-profit platforms/ purposes is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
